單組分聚氨酯密封膠具有優異的耐高、低溫性能，能在一50一150℃下長期使用;卓越的耐候性能;良好的耐水性能;對玻璃、鋁材優良的粘接性;使用方便，施工快捷，粘接硫化時間短。因此，廣泛應用于建筑物主體與裝飾玻璃板片間的彈性連接以及玻璃幕墻、石材和金屬幕墻等建筑結構的彈性粘接裝配中。單組分聚氨酯密封膠在這些建筑中已成為重要的工程材料。建筑上使用的單組分聚氨酯密封膠主要是縮合型室溫硫化(RTV)單組分聚氨酯密封膠。這類密封膠在硫化過程中大都會放出少量低分子物質。根據放出的低分子物質不同，縮合型RTV單組分聚氨酯密封膠可分為:脫酸型、脫肪型、脫醇型、脫酮型、脫酸胺型、脫經胺型等。脫醋酸型單組分聚氨酯密封膠是國內最先引進、開發生產的單組分聚氨酯密封膠，但因具有刺激性氣味、對金屬材料有腐蝕等原因而其使應用受到一定限制;脫醇型、脫肪型單組分聚氨酯密封膠是中性密封膠，對銅以外的金屬材料無腐蝕，是國內發展最快、目前用量最大、應用范圍最廣的品種;脫酮型單組分聚氨酯密封膠的表干時間很短，無腐蝕、無污染、成本較高，主要用于電子電氣行業;脫酞胺型單組分聚氨酯密封膠可以做成超低模量產品，主要用于混凝土接縫的密封;脫輕胺型單組分聚氨酯密封膠容易做成高、中、低模量產品，對玻璃、金屬材料具有較好的粘接性能，是國外市場上單組分聚氨酯密封膠的主要品種之一，但國內還未見公開報道。本實驗采用自制的輕胺型交聯劑制成了脫經胺型單組分室溫硫化(RTV一1)單組分聚氨酯密封膠。http://www.www.mobmib.com/
