試驗材料的選擇根據涂裝生產線的實際情況般面漆涂裝采用多種顏色且非一家貨源，而戶VC材料一般為單色且只有一家貨源。為便于生產應用在試驗材料的選擇上主要從戶丁基防水嵌縫膠材料入手選用“濕碰濕”型的焊縫丁基防水嵌縫膠并分別與110 ℃烘烤固化和140 ℃烘烤固化的氨基面漆進行配套性試驗同時要求“濕碰濕”型戶丁基防水嵌縫膠要達到目前二涂層車身涂裝體系中需烘干后才能進行噴漆的尸丁基防水嵌縫膠的質量標準。

工藝流程的確定為使汽車車身具有良好的密封性、防銹性、耐久性及裝飾性并能夠吸收振動需要對車身焊縫進行密封。常用的戶VC焊縫丁基防水嵌縫膠主要由聚氯乙烯樹脂(如聚氯乙烯單體、氯乙烯、醋酸乙烯共聚合體等)、增塑劑(如鄰苯二甲酸二丁醋、二辛醋等)填充料(如碳酸鈣、硅酸鋁、硅酸錯等)和附著力增強劑(如封閉異氰酸醋、丙烯酸醋、聚酸胺等)組成40 ℃時戶VC焊縫丁基防水嵌縫膠中的聚氯乙烯樹脂吸取增塑劑后產生膨潤80 ℃以上時膨潤急速進行140 ℃以上并保溫10 min時，表面固化，保溫20 min時完全固化。http://www.www.mobmib.com/
