通過對單組分聚氨酯密封膠及橡膠嵌縫條在實(shí)際施工中的難易程度、工程造價作一對比分析，從而證明了橡膠嵌縫條是比較適合于東北3省水泥混凝土路面的灌縫材料。單組分聚氨酯密封膠及橡膠嵌縫條都是水泥混凝土路面伸縮縫的灌縫材料。1997年7月，由哈大高速高公路管理處養(yǎng)護(hù)科承擔(dān)哈大公路新建另半幅水泥混凝土路面灌縫工程，其中:K15 + 300一K100 + 200用單組分聚氨酯密封膠灌縫，K100 + 200一K132 + 600用橡膠嵌縫條灌縫。下面對兩種灌縫的材料施工工藝進(jìn)行對比分析。

清縫

用鐵鉤或其它工具鉤出縫內(nèi)的砂石、灰漿，用7 . 5 MPa壓力以上的氣咀伸人縫內(nèi)吹干凈，縫內(nèi)不能有殘存的雜物和砂漿，曬干后方可灌縫。

配料

(1)將乙組份料攪拌均勻。

(2)將催化劑按9:10 000的比例加人到乙組份料中，繼續(xù)攪拌均勻。

(3)將甲組份料按1:7的比例加人到乙組份料中，繼續(xù)攪拌至顏色均勻并表面發(fā)亮為止(每次配料一般15---30雌)，隨即移人灌縫機(jī)內(nèi)灌縫。

灌縫

將灌縫機(jī)咀伸人縫內(nèi)5以上，調(diào)整好出料閥門，出料不宜過多，以免灌縫料溢出縫內(nèi)而污染路面，然后打開灌縫機(jī)開關(guān)，勻速推動灌縫機(jī)行走，要保證灌縫料低于路面2-4。收縫灌縫后10 ---20 min內(nèi)必須收縫。http://www.www.mobmib.com/
