磷酸鹽MS密封膠的主要成分是磷酸和氧化銅,MS密封膠液中含有Cn、P43一、HP4一、H二等離爭。將這種MS密封膠液涂在被密封的金屬喪面,當于金屬浸于含有}uZ+的磷酸溶液中,由于鐵比銅的電位序高,化學活性比銅強,故在鐵的表面發生如下置換反應:3Cu++2Fe=Fe$十+3Cu由此在汽室壁上出現鐵原子的溶解和銅的沉積,使磷酸鹽MS密封膠與汽室壁結合成一體。氧化銅和磷酸相作用產生的cHro.3fzHz4呈晶態或無定形態,原子間的結合為較強的氫鍵結合,白與MS密封膠粘劑中未作用的Cu O形成牢固的MS密封膠結層,并且在固化過程中體積略有膨脹,于密封有利。S配制一酸鹽MS密封膠的試一般作試劑用氧化銅粉的活性表面大,反應能力強。這樣的氧化銅粉與磷酸溶液調配時很快干固,使得其中很多氧化銅粉來不及參加反應,不但給MS密封膠粘劑的使用帶來不便,而且大大陣低了MS密封膠粘劑的粘接強度。因此,在配制MS密封膠粘釗時,應對氧化銅粉應進行殊的預處理。方法是將氧化銅粉在馬弗爐中于910℃的高溫下緞燒3h,冷卻后進行球磨,所得氧化銅粉的假密度在3 , 2g/em9以上。
在用作試敘的磷酸中,加入5.00-14,00的緩沖nll一氫氧化鋁,L減緩MS密封膠液的固化速度。配制時將氫氧化鋁粉末倒入裝有少琶磷酸的燒杯中,用玻璃棒調勻,再加入磷酸到規定的配比。將此溶液加熱至攪拌3---Smin,冷卻后得到完全透明的甘油狀密度在1.4g“左右的溶液。這種溶液具有較強的粘接性能,并能延緩磷酸鹽MS密封膠的凝固時間,保證現場涂MS密封膠作業的順利進行。http://www.www.mobmib.com/
